Partner Policy

Version 2026-10-13 · Applies to every travel agency, tour operator and destination company ("Partner") registered on Wandr.

By ticking "I have read and accept the Wandr Partner Policy" during registration, the Partner enters into a binding agreement with Wandr on the terms below. If you do not accept them, do not register.

1. Eligibility and accreditation

Only legally registered travel businesses holding a valid IATA agency code may join. The Partner declares that its IATA code, legal entity name, contact person, business email, telephone, website and country of registration are true, current and belong to the Partner. The Partner must tell Wandr immediately if its accreditation is suspended, withdrawn or expires.

2. Packages and listings

The Partner is solely responsible for the content of its listings, including destination, dates, prices, inclusions, photos and booking links. Listings must be accurate, lawful, actually available for sale, and must not mislead travelers. The Partner holds all rights to the photos and text it publishes. The Partner remains the seller of record and is fully responsible for delivering the services booked, for consumer-protection obligations, refunds and complaints.

3. Earning models and payment to Wandr

The Partner chooses one or more earning models at registration: (a) a commission on each booking originating from Wandr, at the platform rate shown at registration and in the agency portal; (b) a monthly listing fee; (c) a fee per visitor sent through sponsored placements. Rates may be updated by Wandr with notice in the agency portal; new rates apply to bookings and visits after the change. Amounts due are invoiced by Wandr and payable within 30 days.

3a. Bookings paid on Wandr: collection, clearance and payout

When a traveller pays for a package on Wandr, Wandr collects the full amount on the Partner's behalf. Wandr's platform fee (the commission rate above, 10% by default) is deducted and the remainder is the Partner's share. Wandr's fee is held for a 72-hour clearance window after payment. Once the window ends without cancellation, Wandr's fee is earned and is not refundable, including for later cancellations; any later refund follows the Partner's policy and is deducted from the Partner's share. The Partner's share is paid after the clearance window, on the statement cycle shown in the agency portal.

Traveller cancellation within 72 hours. The traveller may cancel a paid booking from their booking page at any time before the 72-hour window ends. Wandr then automatically refunds the amount paid to the original payment method, less all bank, card-network and payment clearance charges for the original payment and the refund, which are non-refundable and borne by the traveller. Wandr waives its fee, the Partner's payout for that booking is voided, and the booking is marked "Cancelled" in the Partner's dashboard and ledger at once; the Partner is also notified by email and must release any held seats, rooms or allotments.

3a-bis. Fee schedule by earning model (deterministic)

Changing earning models. The Partner may change its models from the agency portal at any time. Each change requires renewed acceptance of this policy, is recorded with a timestamp and policy version, and is confirmed by email to the Partner's registered contact address with the full fee schedule that applies. New terms apply to bookings paid after the change.

Changes to Wandr's fees. Wandr gives every Partner at least 14 calendar days' written notice before changing any platform fee (commission rate, monthly plan price or sponsored rate), by email to the registered contact address and in the agency portal. Before the effective date the Partner may continue, switch earning model, or cancel its monthly plan before its next renewal or close its account, with no penalty or exit fee. Bookings paid and visits recorded before the effective date keep the earlier fees; monthly plans renew at the new price on the first renewal on or after the effective date. If the Partner makes no change and does not cancel before the effective date, the new fees are accepted as the agreed terms and are applied automatically: new commission and sponsored rates apply to bookings and visits from that date, and an active monthly plan is billed at the new price from its next renewal, with no extra charge for the current period. A Partner that chose to leave has its monthly plan cancelled at the end of the current period.

3b. Provider responsibilities and booking policy

Every package must link to the Partner's own booking, cancellation and refund policy, which travellers must accept before paying. The Partner, as provider of record, alone handles every change to a package, cancellations, passenger name changes, confirmation of travel dates and schedules, ticketing and refunds, and must contact the traveller within two working days of each paid booking. Wandr is only the intermediary platform and is not the organiser or provider of any trip.

Traveller details and ticketing. Within 2 days of payment, the lead traveller must give the Partner the full name of every traveller exactly as written in their valid passport, each traveller's age, and a valid telephone number, quoting the Wandr booking number. In line with IATA rules, the Partner must then issue the tickets, deliver the final itinerary to the paying traveller, and confirm travel status under that booking number, within two working days. Errors caused by details the traveller supplied are handled under the Partner's policy.

3c. Minimum booking notice and payout schedule

Travellers can only book a package at least 6 business days (Monday to Friday) before departure, so the 72-hour clearance can complete and the Partner has time to issue tickets, vouchers and confirmations. The Partner accepts this notice period and commits to send all travel documents within 2 business days after clearance. Cleared Partner shares are transferred by bank transfer on the 1st and 15th of each month to the account the Partner registers in the agency portal; each transfer is recorded with its bank reference.

4. Truthful booking reporting

Every booking made by a traveler who reached the Partner through Wandr — identified by the wandr_click reference or any Wandr link — must be reported to Wandr, through the agency portal or the booking API, with the true booking value and the Partner's own booking reference, within 7 days of the booking. Under-reporting, omitting, splitting, delaying or falsifying bookings, values or references is a material breach.

5. Audit

Wandr may request evidence of reported and unreported bookings (such as anonymised booking records or invoices) and may compare them with click, partner and traveler data. The Partner must cooperate and respond within 14 days.

6. Enforcement: suspension and immediate removal

Wandr reserves the right to protect its travelers and its platform from fraudulent or untruthful entities. If Wandr reasonably believes that the Partner has provided false accreditation or contact details, misreported bookings, published misleading listings, or acted fraudulently or unlawfully, the Wandr administrator may, immediately and without prior notice: suspend the account; remove any or all listings; revoke booking API keys; and permanently erase the Partner's account and bar its IATA code from re-registering. Removal does not cancel amounts already owed to Wandr. Wandr may also recover unpaid commissions, report the matter to IATA and competent authorities, and pursue any other remedy available at law.

7. Liability and indemnity

Wandr is a discovery and referral platform and is not party to any contract between the Partner and a traveler. The Partner indemnifies Wandr against claims, losses and costs arising from its listings, services, data, or breach of this policy.

8. Data protection

Each party processes personal data as an independent controller in line with applicable law, including the GDPR. The Partner uses traveler data received through bookings only to deliver those bookings.

9. Termination, changes and governing law

The Partner may close its account at any time; reporting and payment obligations for bookings already made survive. Wandr may update this policy and will show the new version in the agency portal; fee changes follow the 14-day notice rule in section 3a-bis, and continued use after notice means acceptance. This policy is governed by French law, and the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
