1. Service
Wandr is an AI-powered travel planning tool. We generate day-by-day trip itineraries based on your natural-language prompts and provide links to third-party booking partners. The service is provided "as is" and itinerary content is AI-generated — always verify critical details (opening hours, prices, visa requirements) before travel.
2. Affiliate disclosure
Wandr participates in affiliate programmes operated by Booking.com, Aviasales, Trivago, Expedia, Viator, Welcome Pickups, Airbnb, GetYourGuide, Rentalcars.com and others. When you click a booking link and complete a purchase, Wandr may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This commission funds the free tier of the service.
3. Advertising
Free users may see discreet, non-intrusive sponsored placements. Wandr Pro subscribers receive an ad-free experience. Affiliate booking links remain available to all users. We do not sell personal data for advertising.
4. Accounts
You may use Wandr without an account. Creating an account lets you save and revisit itineraries. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
4a. Public trips
Trips created on the free plan or as a guest are public (see the Privacy Policy). By creating a public trip you allow Wandr to show its redacted plan on wandrai.app, in search engines and on destination pages. Wandr Pro members can make their trips private at any time.
5. Wandr Pro
Wandr Pro is a paid subscription, billed yearly ($39/year) or monthly ($4.99/month), that unlocks unlimited itinerary generation, multi-city planning, live price callouts, Google Drive export, social sharing, and an ad-free experience. Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
5a. Agency trip bookings: cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a paid agency trip from your booking page within 72 hours of payment. The amount paid is refunded automatically to your original payment method, less bank, card-network and payment clearance charges for the payment and the refund, which are non-refundable and borne by the traveller. The deduction is shown before you confirm. After 72 hours, cancellations, changes and refunds follow the agency's own policy, which you accept before paying; the agency is the provider of record and Wandr acts only as intermediary.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Wandr to scrape content at scale, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI prompts, generate itineraries for resale without our written consent, or circumvent rate limits by creating multiple accounts.
7. Limitation of liability
Wandr is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party booking sites, changes to prices or availability after an itinerary is generated, or any loss arising from travel decisions based on AI-generated content.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens.

M3Disruptive™ is used as a trademark notice. The ™ symbol does not claim registered trademark status. Third-party names, logos, photographs and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; no endorsement or affiliation is implied.
You may use Wandr and its travel plans for their intended personal purposes, including saving, exporting and sharing through the features provided. This does not grant a licence to copy our software, reproduce substantial original site content, republish brand assets, create an impersonating or confusingly similar service, or imply our endorsement without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.
These restrictions do not limit statutory exceptions, fair use or fair dealing where applicable, open-source licence rights, or your ownership of material you submit. We do not claim exclusive rights over destinations, travel facts, general ideas or AI-generated output where the law does not recognise such rights.
